Order Processing Time
All orders placed on the Brinexor website are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone using the contact details provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Brinexor LLC currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Standard shipping delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, or seasonal demand. While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is usually activated within 24 hours of shipment and allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Brinexor LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Brinexor LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
