Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. Products must be returned in their original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or inserts included with the original order. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Certain items, including personal care, grooming, or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return if opened or used, due to health and safety reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
