Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
